 ENID, Okla. – Southern Arkansas won its second elimination game on Monday as the Muleriders handed Henderson State its first loss at the Great American Conference Baseball Championships, 6-2, at David Allen Memorial Ballpark. Since the creation of the GAC, SAU improved to 10-0 when facing elimination at the GAC Baseball Championships.

Southeastern Oklahoma State won its second elimination game in as many days as the Savage Storm pushed across the winning run the eighth inning to oust Harding, 4-3, in Monday’s second game from the David Allen Memorial Ballpark. Brady Colbert threw 3.2 innings of scoreless relief to earn the win. Harding left 17 runners on base, one off the school record.

Southern Arkansas remained alive in its bid for a fourth-straight Great American Conference Baseball Championship crown as SAU rode the right arm of Yumezo Densaki to a 4-2 win against Ouachita Baptist on Monday from David Allen Memorial Ballpark. Densaki struck out nine in as the Muleriders eliminated the Tigers for the second time in four years.

   SAU 4th – Byron Reichstein singled to center field; Carver Rademacher advanced to second, scored on a fielding error.
