#theGAC MEN’S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK (WEEK FOUR)

 RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced its fourth GAC men’s indoor track & field athletes of the week winners. Oklahoma Baptist’s Dwayne Fleming won the track award and Harding’s Anton Kopytko earned the field honor.

#theGAC TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Dwayne Fleming, Jr., Oklahoma Baptist, Antigua & Barbuda
Fleming earned an NCAA provisional mark in the 200-meter dash after he produced a time of 21.06 seconds at the New Mexico Team Open. He took second in the event. His time ranks seventh nationally. He ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay time that placed third with an NCAA-Provisional time of 3:11.51 .

#theGAC FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Anton Kopytko, Sr., Harding, Dnipro, Ukraine
At the Pittsburg State Invitational, Kopytko broke his own school record in the long jump. His top attempt, 7.49 meters, earned him an NCAA Provisional mark. He ranks first in the GAC and fifth nationally. He finished second in the event, first amongst non- Division I competitors.
