#theGAC WOMEN’S INDOOR TRACK & FIELD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK (WEEK FOUR)

 RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the fourth GAC women’s track & field athletes of the week recipients. Oklahoma Baptist swept the honors as Asia Foster captured the Track award and Jamora Horace earned the field honor.

#theGAC TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Asia Foster, Sr., Oklahoma Baptist, Bridgetown, Barbados
Foster earned an NCAA Provisional mark in the 400-meter dash at New Mexico's Team Open. In the invitational draw of the event, she ran a 54.77 to place sixth in a field that included eight Division I runners. Her times ranks as the fastest in the GAC and as the seventh-best nationally.

#theGAC FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Jamora Horace, Sr., Oklahoma Baptist, Fort Worth, Texas
Horace established a personal best in the high jump after she cleared 1.81 meters on her second attempt at the New Mexico Team Open. She won a 21-competitor event that featured eight Division I competitors. She achieved an NCAA Provisional mark with a clearance that ranks first in Division II.
