#theGAC SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Hilary Akers, 3B, Henderson State, Jr., Houston, Texas
Akers reached base 12 times in 16 plate appearances as the Reddies collected four wins. Against Ouachita Baptist, she drove in a run. In a sweep of Southern Nazarene, she went 6-for-8 with four walks, five runs scored. She tripled and stole a base in game one. She raised her season batting average 35 points to .404.

#theGAC SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK – Aly White, RHP, Arkansas Tech, So., Bryant, Arkansas
In her lone start of the week, she threw the 20th no-hitter in school history as she defeated East Central, 10-1. She struck out two Tigers as she collected her eighth win of the season. She lowered her ERA to 1.77, the second-best mark in the conference.
