 RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the women’s tennis player of the week for the 11th week of the 2026 season. Southeastern Oklahoma State’s Lilly Shepherd won the honor after helping the Savage Storm defeat Henderson State and Southern Arkansas.

Shepherd collected singles wins against the Reddies and Muleriders as the Savage Storm clinched the GAC regular-season title. She defeated the Reddies’ Jordan Parker in straight sets as part of a 4-3 win. She paired with Amishi Shukla for a No. 2 doubles win that claimed the doubles point. She bested Victoria Perez at No. 5 singles. She has won eight-straight singles matches.
