D2 Baseball announced its 2026 All-American teams and individual awards recipients. Southern Nazarene's Josh Bay was named the Position Player Freshman of the Year.

Bay, from Shattuck, Oklahoma, earned First Team All-GAC honors in his debut season with the Storm. He delivered an outstanding performance at the plate, finishing the regular season with 19 home runs, to rank third in the GAC and fourth all-time in single-season program history. Bay also ranked among the conference's top hitters in several key categories, placing fourth in slugging percentage (.773), fifth in RBIs (57), fifth in hits (68), and tenth in batting average (.368).
