2017 - Arkansas Tech All-American Jalissa Gum becomes the fourth pitcher in Division II history to strike out 20 batters in a seven-inning contest as she shuts out Southwestern Oklahoma State, 2-0. The first 16 outs she records came via the strikeout. In the process, she reaches the 300-strikeout milestone and she breaks the league's single-season record in the category. In game two, she adds 15 strikeouts in a three-hit shutout of the Bulldogs |

2016 - A marathon day one of the GAC Softball Championships features a 12-inning win by Southern Arkansas, a no-hitter by Tech's Gum and a 10-inning duel between Harding and Arkansas Tech that ends after 2 a.m. on the 29th.
