2019 - Arkansas Tech and Southeastern Oklahoma State win twice to advance to the final of the abbreviated GAC Softball Championships. The Golden Suns defeat Southwestern Oklahoma State and Harding while the Savage Storm rallied in the bottom of the seventh to edge rival East Central and followed up with a 7-4 win against Ouachita. Earlier in the day, the Tigers became the first No. 8 seed to upset the top seed as they defeated Southern Arkansas 5-4 on a Leighton Withers home run in the top of the eighth inning |

2018 - After a rain day forced an altered GAC Softball Championship schedule, Arkansas Tech and Southern Nazarene improved to 2-0 at championships as the Golden Suns beat reigning champion Harding and the Crimson Storm handed top-seeded Southern Arkansas it first loss of the tournament. In the loss, SAU's Brooke Goad set the NCAA Division II single-season home run with her 28th of the season. SAU and Harding responded with wins in elimination games to remain alive |

2017 - On day one of the GAC Softball Championships, the top two seeds - Harding and Southern Arkansas - picked up two wins. In SAU's second game, Brooke Goad and Maddie Dow hit back-to-back home runs off Arkansas Tech Jalissa Gum in a 2-1 win. Harding's Autumn Humes improved to 28-1 with a 10-strikeout, four-hit shutout of Arkansas-Monticello. Southern Nazarene and Ouachita won the first two elimination games of the tournament.
