FOUR FROM #theGAC SELECTED FOR BASEBALL REGIONALS

INDIANAPOLIS - The NCAA Division II Baseball Committee has selected the 56 teams that will participate in the 2025 NCAA Division II Baseball Championship. The championship provides for eight regional sites hosting three teams and eight regional sites hosting four teams, for a total of 16 regional sites. All regionals are double-elimination tournaments and will be played May 15-17. Regional winners will advance to the best-of-three super-regional competition May 22-24. Super Regional winners will advance to the double-elimination championship finals May 30 - June 7 at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina. The finals will be hosted by the University of Mount Olive and Cary.

For the first time in league history, the GAC will send four schools to the Central Regional. Regular season champion Arkansas Tech claimed the No. 5 seed. Harding earned the automatic bid earlier in the day on Sunday and received the No. 8 seed. The Wonder Boys and Bisons will head to Warrensburg, Missouri for a regional hosted by top-seeded Central Missouri.

GAC Championship runner up Henderson State landed at the No. 6 seed and Arkansas-Monticello secured the final at-large berth in the region. The Reddies and Weevils swill travel to Mankato, Minnesota for a regional hosted by Minnesota State.
