INDIANAPOLIS — The NCAA DII Men's and Women's Tennis Committee has selected the 48 teams that will be participating in the 2025 NCAA DII women’s tennis championship. Great American Conference champion Southern Arkansas earned the No. 4 seed in the Central Regional.

This selection marks the program's first NCAA Regional appearance since 2019. The Muleriders will take on #5 seed Northwest Missouri State in the opening round on May 12, with Augustana serving as the host.

Preliminary rounds will be played May 12-13 at sixteen regional sites. The winning team from each site will advance to the finals, May 21-25, in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Rollins College and the Greater Orlando Sports Commission will serve as hosts.
