2019 - Oklahoma Baptist completes its GAC Baseball Championships win against Arkansas Tech and follows up with an 11-5 win against Arkansas-Monticello to advance to the final of the tournament. In the nightcap, Harding rallies from a four-run defict to eliminate the Wonder Boys, 13-10, in extra innings | OKB | HU

2019 - At the NCAA Division II Central Regional Championships, Arkansas Tech and the Golden Suns' Peerada Piddon lead following the opening round. The Golden Suns boast a three shot lead while Piddon's 1-under par 70 leads the individual competition by two strokes. Southwestern Oklahoma State sits in third place as does the Bulldogs' Gloria Choi | ATU | SWOSU

2018 - Arkansas Tech wins the GAC Softball Championship with a 2-1 win against Southern Nazarene. An unearned run in the top of the seventh proves to be the difference. Tech's Megan Goodnight claims Tournament MVP honors | STORY

2018 - In the first elimination contest of the GAC Baseball Championships, No. 2 Southern Arkansas defeats No. 1 Arkansas-Monticello, 15-6, thanks to hitting a tournament-record six home runs. In game two, Henderson State staves off elimination with a 9-5 win against Southwestern Oklahoma State. Oklahoma Baptist reaches double figures for the second-straight game as the Bison defeat Arkansas Tech, 12-5 thanks to scoring 11 two-out runs | SAU | HSU | OKB

2017 - Harding scores seven runs in the top of the seventh inning en route to defeating Southern Arkansas, 9-2, to capture the GAC Softball Championship. Autumn Humes earns the win, her third of the tournament, and earns the MVP honor. She posts a 0.32 ERA for the event | STORY

2017 - The top four seeds of the GAC Baseball Championships - Southern Arkansas, Arkansas Tech, Arkansas-Monticello and Henderson State - advance through the opening round series. The Wonder Boys win twice - rallying in game one from 4-2 deficit for an 8-4 win and jumping out 7-0 in a 10-6 game three win, The Muleriders, Weevils and Reddies complete sweeps. UAM's win against Southeastern Oklahoma State represents the final game in the dugout for the Savage Storm's record-setting coach Mike Metheny | ATU | SAU | UAM | HSU

2016 - At the inaugural GAC Track & Field Championships, Harding wins both the Men's and Women's titles. Josh Syrotchen and Sarah Coleman earn the Most Valuable Athlete awards. The Bison win the men's competition by 76 points and the Lady Bison capture the women's event by 77 points | MEN | WOMEN

2016 - Arkansas Tech and Southern Arkansas each record second-straight shutouts to advance to the final of their respective NCAA Division II Softball Central Regionals. The Golden Suns get a game-winning home run by Kambri Hill in the bottom of the 11th inning. SAU's Kaylee Garner records a one-hit shutout with three strikeouts | ATU | SAU

2016 - On the first day of the GAC Baseball Championships Best-of-3 opening round, No. 8 Arkansas Tech defeats top-seeded Southwestern Oklahoma State, 5-3 thanks to 10 strikeouts by Zach Skelton. The other three top seeds - Arkansas-Monticello, Southeastern Oklahoma State and Henderson State - grab 1-0 series leads. 2015 - Southwestern Oklahoma State qualifies for the NCAA Division II Men's Golf National Championships for the second time in three seasons as the Bulldogs move up to fourth place by posting the third-best score of the day out of the 20 teams. Southern Nazarene's Michael Hearne earns a trip to the National Championships as an individual after defeating Bellarmine's DJ Vogt in a playoff with a birdie on the first extra hole | SWOSU | SNU

2015 - Southern Arkansas baseball joins Ouachita's men's tennis as the only programs in league history to win each of the first four GAC Championships. The Muleriders defeat Henderson State, 6-3. Landon Simpson allows two runs in 6.0 innings of work to earn his second win of the tournament as well as the MVP award | STORY

2014 - For the first time in league history, two GAC schools qualify for the NCAA Division II Women's Golf National Championships as Southwestern Oklahoma State and Arkansas Tech finish second and third, respectively, as the Super Region #3 Championships. SWOSU's Ana Laura Gomez takes second individually and Tech's Taylor Kline places third | SWOSU | ATU

2014 - Southern Arkansas defeats Harding and Arkansas-Monticello to complete a miraculous run from the loser's bracket to the GAC Baseball Championship title, its third-straight crown. SAU's Trevor Rucker becomes the first position player to take home the MVP award after he hit three home runs and stole three bases | STORY

2014 - Arkansas Tech posts the second-best round of the day at the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Regional to move up from 16th into a tie for ninth | STORY

2013 -  Arkansas Tech's Rowdy Garrett and Southwestern Oklahoma State's Wouter MyBurgh finish the first round of the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Regional in a tie for ninth place. The Wonder Boys place ninth followed by the Bulldogs in 10th | ATU | SWOSU

2013 - Southern Arkansas advances to the final of the GAC Baseball Championships by eliminating Henderson State and dealing Arkansas-Monticello its first loss. Harding remains alive by scoring 10 runs in the final five innings against Arkansas Tech | SAU | HU

2013 - Arkansas Tech's Rebecka Surtevall moves into a tie for first place after the second round of the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Super Region #3 Championships. Her 1-over par 73 lead the Golden Suns to a 22-shot improvement from round one | STORY

2012 - Southern Arkansas and Ouachita advance to the final of the GAC Baseball Championships as the Muleriders use an eight-run eighth inning to defeat Southeastern Oklahoma State, 15-11. Ouachita wins two elimination games as the Tigers defeat Arkansas Tech and the Savage Storm.
