The 2021 GAC/MIAA Men's Soccer Championship Tournament features the top four teams in the league based on a points system in conference games played during the regular season. The single-elimination tournament features two semifinal games on Friday, November 12 with the conference championship game set for Sunday, November 14.

The championship game of the 2021 tournament will be covered live and free of charge by the GAC Sports Network through an online webcast at gacsportsnetwork.com. The webcast will include views from multiple camera angles, play-by-play and color analysis, and interviews with the league's head coaches and administrators.
